Tension trampoline as to bend sidebars inboard visibly. Tighter is good, but caution, excessive load on a single grommet can cause material failure. Using a line (belt) around the mid section of the trampoline structure pulling the sidebars inboard (pre bend) before tensioning the center lace can greatly ease the process. Notes:

Start at rear corner castings

Lace center starting at forward / left grommet and proceed as shown

Finish at rear / center. Tie off with half hitches. Exact pattern is not important. Simply connect the "triangle" shown to hold corners to center grommet in rear lace strip.
